Certified by the Office of Court Administration in New York, I provide Cantonese and Mandarin interpretation service to various federal and state courts in New York and Hong Kong International Arbitration Center in all court proceedings, both criminal and civil. Also experienced in simultaneous interpretation for many international business conferences for the UNICEF, all over the U.S and China specializing in legal and business interpretation and translation. Qualified as a rater for California State Court Interpreter Certification Examination to evaluate their candidates.
